We understand that you may need to cancel an order after placing it. Here is our cancellation policy for PMart (Payaxis Private Limited).
1. Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our
Return Policy instead.
To cancel an order:
- Log into your account and go to My Orders
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Order"

2. Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment — whichever is earlier.
- Once the cancellation window has passed and the order is being processed, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Refund on Cancellation
- COD Orders: No refund is applicable as no payment was made. The order is simply cancelled.
- Prepaid Orders: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation by PMart
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or no longer available
- Pricing or description error on the website
- Unable to deliver to the provided address
- Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violation
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund if payment was made.
5. Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, you may request a partial cancellation for specific items before shipment. Contact our support team at admin@pmart.online.
