Return & Refund Policy

At PMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy on most products.

1. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Received wrong product (incorrect size, color, or item)
• Received a damaged or defective product
• Product significantly different from the description on the website
• Missing items from the order

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Products without original tags and packaging
• Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

4. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact us at admin@pmart.online or +91 8886236637 with your order number and reason for return. Attach photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

Step 2: Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a return approval along with a return address.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact and ship it to our address. Please share the return tracking number with us.

Step 4: Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following manner:

• Online Payment: Refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days. You will need to share your bank details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not support direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size/product. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to help fund the new purchase.

7. Return Shipping Cost

• Wrong/Defective product: PMart bears return shipping cost.
• Customer-initiated returns (size preference, change of mind): Customer bears return shipping cost.
