We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, if your pin code is unserviceable, you will be notified before placing the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional COD handling fee of โน25โโน50 depending on the order value and location.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local disruptions, or courier delays.
Orders are typically processed within 1โ2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order from your My Orders page or contact us at admin@pmart.online.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will reattempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@pmart.online or call +91 8886236637. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
